Fraser Valley Real Estate Market for November 2017

Market Stats tell an interesting story
The market stats released by the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board show that the average price of all homes in the Fraser Valley dropped by .6% month over month. The median price of all homes went up 2.8% and the benchmark price went up by .1%. Overall the market has done well this year with the average price of a home up 14.7% from November of 2016.
 
Sales of all property types are up 39.8% year over year but down 3.1% month over month.  The sales are down 8.8% year to date and listings are down 7.5% year to date.
 
It is normal for the prices to drop a bit in November as the winter months tend to be a bit slower.
