Here is a snapshot of the sales in Langley over the past year. These graph's are taken from the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board Stats Center.

The average price of townhomes and condos are up over the past 6 months but the average price of a detached house is down. The market for townhomes and condos in Langley is stil very active. The market for houses under $1,000,000 has slowed while the market for homes priced under $1,000,000 is still active but not as hot as it used to be. There are currently 222 detached homes on the MLs on all of Langley. Of those 222 homes, 196 of the homes are priced under $2,000,000. Our of the 196 homes priced under $2,000,000, the average price is $1,157,595.00, the median price is $1,099,950. The average days on market is 61 days and the median days on market is 53 days.

In the past 30 days 53 homes in Langley priced under $2,000,000 have had either cancelled thier listing or had the listing expire. 

In the past 30 days 44 homes in Langley priced under $2,000,000 have sold. The average days on market was 34 days and the median days on market is 19 days. The average selling price was $961,936 and the median sales price was $897,450.
