The average price per square foot of resale townhomes in are as follows.
Walnut Grove: $412
Willoughby Heights: $460
Murrayville: $436
Clayton Heights: $451 
Cloverdale sub area: $414

The cheapest prices per square foot are in Walnut Grove and Cloverdale. It is of note that these two areas have the highest concentrations of older properties.
